Inverter shows code 15 after six months
I have had this inverter for six months. It came as an off-grid kit with 12 195 panels and 1 battery.
It has not been doing as well as I would want.
It started showing code 15 a few days ago, so I have contacted Eco Worthy to get it fixed. They had me contact the service dept to get information to send it back for repair or replacement.

Order discrepancy
I ordered 6 server rack batteries, but I received 4. FedEx shows something coming on the 15th and the 13th. I just need to know if those are the 2 batteries and rack.

I have not received my order on the solar kit for RV ordered on Sep 4 and then on Sep 28, and have not received either one.

Confusing tracking of order for 3 LiFePO4 batteries. One showed up on time and the other 2 have had shipping updates almost every day for the past week that have prolonged establishing my off-grid solar system.

Have not had any issues until one of the eight solar panels I ordered was damaged in transit. I don't think they would have shipped it that way. They don't have to do anything just will not buy from them again.
One broken solar panel on my order of eight do not think this any fault of eco- worthy. Have had problems with FedEx on other occasions.

I have a power inverter got new but is not working
Theres a fault it started beeping , model # eco 15007 and its 3000 watts peak, 1500 rated when I connect it dos thats

Unable to speak with customer service
- - Battery purchased on Amazon.
- - Mailed back Sept 20, 2023; no battery or refund; cannot reach eco-worthy; $153 shipping fee lost.
Unable to speak to anyone in NJ so I resent my original docs and story. I got an email asking if my situation was resolved. I informed them there is no communication at all, so no resolution.
Call the NJ Consumer Affairs for an update. Couldnt get through to anyone.Sent the same documents again to the same site.They do not issue a confirmation of receipt. But Im still trying.
Still stuck at square one because of people and their lack of being a good person.
Still open. Cannot get hold of anyone at DC House or eco-worthy. No return calls.
Battery purchased on Amazon.
After speaking to a guy at eco-worthy I was told they would accept the battery as a return. On Wed 20 Sept 2023 I mailed this battery back to the same address as was on the box it came in.
As of today (1 Nov 2023) I have not been able to find my battery nor talk to a person at eco-worthy, and I dont believe dc house exists as I cannot reach them either.
Ive emailed eco-worthy twice and twice I received their generic email response; no one reached out to me. So now I have no battery, no refund and the $153 return shipping fee loss.

- Cannot speak to anyone for any reason
- Literally take the money and run

Assistance in retrieving my battery
- - Requests return of the 260ah battery or $700 refund; UPS delivered and Kevin signed.
- - Spoke with a rep on July 28; phone 267-469-****.
In 2024 Ive spoken to UPS and they decline helping me in any way. I went to USPS and sent a Registered personal Demand Letter to DC House on April 23, 2024.
The USPS person got a scribbly line for a signature and no printed name or date. Throughout this year Ive contacted numerous attorneys and none of them would work with me. Ive even paid services to get me in contact with attorneys and although I did speak to some people, they all said its not lucrative and I should go through Small Claims court. The problem is I do not live in NJ and the filing must be done in their state.
When it goes before the judge, I must go to NJ to represent my claim. So now Im back to trying to find an attorney.
Ive contacted my credit card people I used to buy the battery. They gave me a number to call to have an investigation started. After that, maybe hire an attorney.
He told me you would accept the return of the 260ah battery I purchased on Amazon. I sent the battery back via UPS store on 20 Sept at 1336hrs to the below address. UPS delivered the battery and Kevin signed for it. I have already contacted you before and also Amazon.
UPS cannot help me because they did their job correctly. I dont get an answer or return call at 267-469-****. I did my part per the rules. All Im asking for is either the battery back or the $700 I paid for it.
Please help me.

12 Oct 2025, sent emails to 6 news channels in the Philadelphia and NJ area for help. Only one responded, but very helpful.
Ultimately someone from eco-worthy contacted me. 17 nov 2025, I receive an emil from eco-worthy wanting the details of my situation. I explained it all to them and they wanted to help me. 26 nov 2025, I receive an email with them explaining that due to the 2+ years have passed, they cannot offer a refund.
So they offered me and equal battery is size and power. The problem Im having is that I paid $720 for my chosen battery.
They are offering me a lessor battery, $389. I respectfully declined stating that the battery itself isnt equal and is well below what I paid for the my preferred battery two years prior.
